Who are you now and who do you want to become?

Lots of people think of coaching as a process of getting from A to B. Where am I now and where do I want to be at the end of my coaching experience? That's certainly a part of it but there's so much more to it than that. The coaching process allows you to have a fascinating conversation with yourself. You'll get to know yourself at the deepest level and figure out how you can embrace and continue to grow into the very best version of yourself. Yes, it's about figuring out where you are now and where you want to be, but more importantly, it's about discovering WHO you are now and WHO you want to become. Throughout the process you'll learn:
- What really matters to you in life. What are the values that you hold dear?

- How you like to do things - your brain is wired in a very specific way and understanding your unique operating system is so important in helping you move forward with ease and flow.

- What do you need to let go of? What thoughts or beliefs do you have about yourself that are not helpful and keep tripping you up? How can you let go of them?

 - How can you take care of yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually? What do you need to do in order to give yourself the best possible chance of achieving your goals and making those important changes?

- What does success really look like for you? How will you know when you've achieved it?

- How do you want to feel when you get out of bed each day?

- What helps you stay on track and feeling motivated?

- What is the right level of challenge that will move you out of your comfort zone, keeping you on your toes but not sweating with anxiety?

- What processes and systems can you put in place to help you stay focused and organised? Not the most exciting of topics but having a structure that does the heavy lifting for you while you keep headspace available for creative thinking, brainstorming and inspiration can be a game changer.

How can coaching help me?

The most wonderful thing about the coaching process is that you have the answers already (though it might not feel like it right now!). You know in your heart and soul what you want and how you want to go about achieving it.

As your coach, I am here to help you dial down the noise, hold space for you as you take time out to reflect and think, and keep asking those powerful questions that will guide you to the answers, decisions and actions that feel absolutely right for you. You are the expert on your life and my job is to help you plan the route map, keep you on track, help you stay curious and engaged with what might be possible for you and hold you accountable.

My coaching style is a powerful combination of facilitating those AHA! moments for you then helping you follow them with inspired action.

The coaching relationship

Whether we meet in person, via Zoom or over the phone, my intention is to create a safe and supportive space for your learning and discovery. This is your time and your opportunity to reflect, examine, ponder, question, vent if you need to, and bring any topic to the table.

After our initial consultation we will work together to get 100% clear on what you want to get from the process. It may be that you have a specific goal or outcome in mind, or it may be that you want support on an ongoing basis to help you meet the demands and challenges of your busy life and career.

Either way, consider your coaching session as a time to focus exclusively on yourself, slow down, take some much-needed space, and get the support you need to move forward with a sense of purpose and optimism.
